Product Overview
LU-STAR Cream is an advanced, fast-acting topical antifungal formulation designed to clear stubborn skin infections. Containing 1% Luliconazole, it delivers rapid relief from itching, scaling, and inflammation caused by dermatophytes. This high-efficacy cream is highly effective even with short-duration treatment courses.
Indications
This topical antifungal cream is indicated for the treatment of:
- Tinea Pedis: Fungal infections affecting the skin between the toes (athlete's foot).
- Tinea Cruris: Superficial fungal infections involving the groin region (jock itch).
- Tinea Corporis: Ringworm infections occurring across various areas of the body surface.
Dosage & Administration
Apply a thin film of the cream to the affected skin lesion and about one inch of the surrounding healthy skin zone once daily. Wash hands thoroughly before and after application. The standard treatment duration typically ranges from one to two weeks depending on the infection site.
Adverse Effects
Local skin reactions are generally mild and localized, including:
- Application site irritation, burning, or stinging
- Mild contact dermatitis or redness
- Dry skin or localized peeling

Contraindications
Strictly contraindicated in individuals with a history of severe hypersensitivity reactions to luliconazole, other imidazole antifungals, or any inactive ingredients in the cream base.
Warnings & Precautions
For external dermatological use only; do not apply to the eyes, mouth, or intravaginally. Discontinue use immediately if severe skin irritation or an allergic reaction occurs. Adequate safety trials have not been fully established for pediatric patients under twelve years of age.
Drug Interactions
Systemic absorption of topically applied luliconazole is extremely low, making major systemic drug interactions highly unlikely. Avoid applying other topical treatments to the same site at the same time unless advised by a medical practitioner.
Storage Instructions
Store below 30°C. Do not freeze the tube. Keep the cap tightly sealed and out of reach of children.
