Indications
This medication is primarily indicated for:

Dosage & Administration

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to levocetirizine, cetirizine, montelukast, or any components of the syrup. Also contraindicated in patients with severe renal impairment.
Warnings & Precautions
Patients and caregivers should remain alert for neuropsychiatric events such as mood changes, aggression, or sleep disturbances. Avoid activities requiring mental alertness, such as driving or operating machinery, immediately after ingestion.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant use with central nervous system depressants or alcohol may increase drowsiness. Phenobarbital or rifampin may lower plasma levels of montelukast due to hepatic enzyme induction.
Storage Instructions
Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from direct light. Do not freeze the syrup formulation.
