Product Overview
NIMCI DS SUSPENSION is a double-strength antipyretic and analgesic formulation designed to provide rapid relief from high fever and moderate pain in children. It combines the efficacy of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with a trusted antipyretic agent.
Indications
This suspension is indicated for:
- High Pyrexia: Rapid reduction of high fever in pediatric patients.
- Mild to Moderate Pain: Alleviation of somatic pain, juvenile dental pain, and postoperative discomfort.
Dosage & Administration
As prescribed by the pediatrician. Typically administered based on the child's body weight, divided into three or four doses daily after food to minimize gastric irritation.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with active gastrointestinal ulceration, severe hepatic or renal failure, or a history of aspirin-induced asthma or urticaria.
Warnings & Precautions
Do not exceed the recommended dose due to the risk of severe paracetamol-induced hepatotoxicity. Use with caution in patients with asthma or compromised cardiac function.
Drug Interactions
Avoid concurrent use with other NSAIDs or paracetamol-containing products. May increase the pharmacological effect of oral anticoagulants like warfarin.
