Product Overview
NIMCI P TAB is a potent combination analgesic and antipyretic tablet designed for adults to manage acute painful conditions and inflammatory disorders. It offers rapid onset of action for robust pain management.
Indications
This tablet is indicated for:
- Acute Pain Management: Relief from osteoarthritic pain, rheumatoid arthritis, and dental pain.
- Post-operative Pain: Management of pain and localized inflammation following surgical procedures.
- Severe Pyrexia: Reduction of high fever resistant to monotherapy.
Dosage & Administration
For adults: The standard dosage is one tablet twice daily after meals, or as directed by the physician. Treatment duration should be kept as short as clinically necessary.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulcer disease, severe hepatic impairment, severe coagulation disorders, or known hypersensitivity to nimesulide.
Warnings & Precautions
Use with caution due to the potential risk of hepatotoxicity associated with nimesulide; restrict use if signs of liver injury appear. Monitor renal function in elderly patients on long-term therapy.
Drug Interactions
Avoid co-administration with other hepatotoxic drugs, oral anticoagulants, or lithium, as nimesulide may increase their systemic toxicity.
