Product Overview
PANCEL DSR combines an acid-suppressing proton pump inhibitor with a prokinetic agent to effectively treat acid reflux accompanied by nausea, vomiting, or delayed gastric emptying. It provides comprehensive care for severe gastroesophageal reflux disease and dyspepsia.
Indications
- Management of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) accompanied by nausea or dyspepsia.
- Treatment of reflux esophagitis non-responsive to monotherapy.
- Relief of functional dyspepsia, diabetic gastroparesis, and chronic upper abdominal discomfort.
Dosage & Administration
Adults should take one tablet daily in the morning, approximately 30 minutes before breakfast, or as advised by a physician. The tablet must be swallowed whole.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with prolactin-releasing pituitary tumors, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, mechanical obstruction or perforation, and moderate-to-severe hepatic impairment. Contraindicated with QT-prolonging drugs.
Warnings & Precautions
Due to the domperidone component, use with caution in elderly patients with pre-existing cardiac conditions due to a minimal risk of QT interval prolongation. Regular monitoring of magnesium levels is recommended for prolonged therapies.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant administration with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors (like ketoconazole, erythromycin) is contraindicated. May reduce the bio-availability of pH-dependent drugs like erlotinib and azole antifungals.
