Product Overview
RABICEL DSR CAP is a fast-acting, sustained-release gastrointestinal capsule designed to control severe acid reflux, hyperacidity, and persistent dyspepsia. The combined formula accelerates relief by combining immediate proton pump inhibition with enhanced gastric emptying.
Indications
- Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) with delayed gastric clearing.
- Management of peptic ulcers and non-ulcer dyspepsia.
- Relief from chronic hyperacidity, epigastric pain, bloating, and early satiety.
Dosage & Administration
The recommended dose is one capsule daily, taken in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before food intake. Swallow whole; do not chew or open the capsule.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with prolactinoma, mechanical bowel obstruction, gastrointestinal perforation, or severe cardiac conduction abnormalities. Avoid in moderate-to-severe hepatic impairment.
Warnings & Precautions
Prolonged therapy may warrant monitoring for hypomagnesemia and bone mineral density, particularly in elderly patients. Discontinue immediately if any symptoms of arrhythmia or hypersensitivity develop.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant use with ketoconazole, itraconazole, or ritonavir may increase plasma levels of domperidone. Rabeprazole can alter the absorption profiles of digoxin and iron salts due to pH changes.
