Product Overview
PANCI DSR is an advanced sustained-release capsule formulation combining Pantoprazole and Domperidone to manage severe acid reflux, dyspepsia, and chronic gastritis. The prolonged-release mechanism ensures sustained symptom control and all-day comfort.
Indications
This sustained-release capsule is indicated for:
- Chronic Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): Provides 24-hour relief from persistent acid reflux and heartburn.
- Diabetic Gastroparesis: Eases symptoms of delayed gastric emptying in diabetic patients.
- Refractory Dyspepsia: Long-term management of upper abdominal discomfort associated with nausea and bloating.
Dosage & Administration
Adults should take one capsule daily in the morning on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast. Do not chew, open, or crush the capsule; swallow it whole.
Adverse Effects
Common adverse profiles include dry mouth, mild headaches, diarrhea, drowsiness, and transient intestinal cramps.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to either active drug, cardiac arrhythmias, hepatic impairment, or in situations where stimulating gastric motility is dangerous (e.g., active GI hemorrhage).
Warnings & Precautions
Domperidone should be used at the lowest effective dose in patients over 60 years of age due to potential cardiac risks. Discontinue therapy if the patient experiences signs of irregular heartbeat.
Drug Interactions
Co-administration with QT-prolonging medications (like amiodarone or clarithromycin) is strictly contraindicated. Antacids should not be taken simultaneously as they may interfere with the pellet dissolution profile.
