PANCI LSR is a specialized combination capsule designed to treat severe gastroesophageal reflux disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and dyspepsia non-responsive to conventional therapies. It pairs an advanced proton pump inhibitor with an atypical antipsychotic prokinetic for enhanced gut utility.
Indications
This dual-action capsule is indicated for:
- Refractory Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease: Provides relief in severe acid reflux cases accompanied by prominent dysmotility symptoms.
- Functional Dyspepsia: Relieves persistent bloating, early satiety, and upper abdominal pain.
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): Aids in managing gastrointestinal transit abnormalities associated with dysmotility-type IBS.
Dosage & Administration
The standard adult dosage is one capsule daily, taken in the morning on an empty stomach, 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast. Swallow whole; do not open or crush the capsule.
Adverse Effects
Potential side effects include somnolence (drowsiness), fatigue, headache, diarrhea, and endocrine changes such as gynecomastia or menstrual irregularities due to increased prolactin levels.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with epilepsy, manic states, pheochromocytoma, mechanical gastrointestinal obstructions, or in patients with known cardiac disease characterized by QTc prolongation.
