TRAN PLUS TAB is an advanced therapeutic combination engineered to control excessive blood loss accompanied by sharp pelvic pain. Indications
TRAN PLUS TAB is indicated for:
- Menorrhagia: Severe or heavy menstrual bleeding with regular cycles.
- Dysmenorrhea: Severe pain and cramping associated with menstruation.
- Post-operative Bleeding: Controlling heavy bleeding following minor gynecological surgeries.
Dosage & Administration
The standard adult dosage is one tablet taken orally three times daily during heavy bleeding days, or as directed by the physician. Tablets should be swallowed whole with water immediately after meals.

- Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with active thromboembolic diseases (deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism), history of seizures, severe renal impairment, active peptic ulceration, or known hypersensitivity to NSAIDs or antifibrinolytics.
Warnings & Precautions
Use with caution in patients with mild-to-moderate renal or hepatic dysfunction. Discontinue immediately if visual disturbances occur. Prolonged use requires monitoring of complete blood counts and liver enzymes.
Drug Interactions
May interact with oral contraceptives, hormonal therapies, and prothrombin complex concentrates, increasing thrombotic risks. Co-administration with anticoagulants like warfarin or antiplatelet drugs like aspirin raises gastrointestinal bleeding risks.
